Research Project: AAV transduction profiling of individual retinal and cochlear cells using single cell transcriptome analyses, gene therapy on inherited eye diseases and hearing loss

Research Interest: Advance gene therapy efficiency and specificity in genetic eye disease and hearing loss

Career Ambition: Obtain necessary skills and deeper understanding of the relationship among cellular, molecular and genetic mechanisms, so that developing possible therapeutic solutions for genetic eye disease and hearing loss, improving strategies in their therapies and perhaps its application to other human genetic diseases.

Membership: Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO)
